I thought I would share this really easy pie crust recipe.

2cups flour (heaped)
pinch of salt
1/2 to 2/3 c of oil
Add milk to the oil to make it a full cup of both.

Stir quickly, roll between wax paper. Bake at 450 degree for 10 minutes to use a prebaked crust or bake per specific pie directions.

Makes 2 crusts

**You can also make cinnamon rolls with this. Roll out and cover with sugar and cinnamon. Roll into a log and slice and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 12 cinnamon rolls.

Quick, easy and Yummy!

1lb ground beef

2 cups rice (minute rice is faster but we usually use regular rice)

taco seasoning

lettuce, tortilla chips, sour cream and whatever else thrills your sould with tacos.

Ok, brown the ground beef, add the minute rice, whatever water is required and taco seasoning. Bring to boil and then simmer. Place chips around the skillet, garnish with all the taco yummies and dig in.

We love this, we steam the rice and then brown the beef, and then add all together with the taco seasoning.  You can make this be less fattening with fat free sour cream, fat free cheese, and lean ground beef.
