Daily Dish

Here is a great tip, make your own homemade pancake syrup.  We recently ran out and I decided to make it myself, it is super easy and cheap.  You need imitation maple flavoring, sugar and water. That is it. Once you get those items then you are all set.

Homemade Maple Syrup

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

1 tsp maple flavor

Add water and sugar to sauce pan and boil.  Stir until sugar is dissolved, add in maple flavor and stir. Let it cool and store in that old syrup container from the store. YUMMY!

Our favorite syrup is brown sugar & butter melted with a little water added to thin syrup. Delicious
